NODOMAIN.NET (a not-for-profit and voluteer-run organization) Terms of Service are different than those of most websites. In order to access NODOMAIN.NET services, you must agree a) to our use of your Shared Information, b) to waive the below rights which may be available to you in your jurisdiction and c) to abide by and honor our Terms of Use by checking each of the 5 boxes below. Shared Information

Information that you choose to share with NODOMAIN.NET for processing and collection:

Your Internet Protocol packets, including your IP address and packet payloads, which may or may not be archived for review.
User experience preferences (stored as client-side cookies), such as color and visual effect preferences.
Your acceptance of these terms (stored as client-side cookies.)

What NODOMAIN.NET uses your information for:

Diagnostic, statistical, algorithmic or other research purposes, including: security review, malware and botnet detection and analysis and other limited technical investigations.
To tailor the experience to your preferences.
To grant you access to NODOMAIN.NET content.

How NODOMAIN.NET shares your information and who gets to see it:

By opining upon trends or other anonymized data and knowledge derived from your Shared Information.
In response to credible legal requests and challenges and, specifically, to provide any and all information necessary to prosecute trespassers and otherwise bad or malicious actors.
Not includng, foregoing, nor negating the above two points, only Josh Moyer can access your Shared Information, thanks to the use of various measures such as passwords, firewalls and etc.
We do not sell your Shared Information.

I consent to the collection and use of my Shared Information.

Notice and Waiver of Rights and Idemnification

In the event that your Shared Information is compromised, you agree to a) waive the right to be notified of the breach and b) to waive any claims of liability or damages that may result from the breach.

I waive my right to be informed of data breaches and agree to indemnify NODOMAIN.NET from liability and damages that may result.

NODOMAIN.NET will not make acessible to IP packet originators their archived packets. It is the responsibility of the originator to archive their packets at the time of origination and also to be aware of their contents.

I waive my right to access and review my Shared Information that is stored on NODOMAIN.NET systems.

NODOMAIN.NET reserves the right to delete your Shared Information from its systems at its sole discretion.

I waive my right to be forgotten or erased.

You agree to use NODOMAIN.NET systems and services in a spirit of good-faith.
You agree to be treated in a spirit of good-faith.

NODOMAIN.NET is a technology design lab, private, hybrid cloud, not for profit technology research organization, publishing platform, marketing tool and hobby of Josh Moyer's.

NODOMAIN.NET provides a variety of services and is comprised of up to about 30 hosts -- "weather" permitting. It spans all three US West Coast states and the website is hand-typed with XHTML, CSS, ASP.Net (Core), MVC, AJAX, SVG and about 56KB of custom, mostly JavaScript code (plus a small smattering of C♯) and without the use of bloaty, insecure, encumbering and expensive dependencies such as JQuery or AngularJS.

NODOMAIN.NET is about innovation and novelty in technology. Take our Flying Toaster Sanctuary, for instance. From our use of 1394 as a converged storage and network bus, to live webcam NetShow streaming and MAPI-based unified voicemail in the early 2000's, to virtualization and emulation, content delivery networks and even hearables in the current day, NODOMAIN.NET is often seen in proximity to the cutting edge.

NODOMAIN.NET also allows Josh to take on challenges and to study areas that he might not be able to at work, such as SVG graphics and his custom JavaScript animation library -- which he wrote years before CSS animations became available -- and also his custom script loader.
